Your desired schedule will be generated in our MindBody scheduling app and you are ready to get started!

Frequently Asked

  • Not to worry! You will feel supported and educated working with an Elite Gym trainer. We will assess your fitness level and structure a plan accordingly.

  • Make sure to wear shoes you feel comfortable working out in and water.

  • Try to eat a larger meal about 1.5-2 hours prior to your workout and a smaller snack about 30mins before the scheduled workout.

  • Yes, we have plenty of parking in front of our studio. If the lot is full, there is additional parking around the back.
