  • I’m Casey Moakler and I am a NASM Certified Trainer at Elite Gym! I graduated with a degree in education.

    I have always had a passion for teaching and sharing my knowledge with others. I use my teaching skills to help educate clients on strength training and nutrition to feel confident and comfortable in the gym and in their bodies.

    My goal as a personal trainer is to inspire, encourage, and motivate clients to reach their goals and live well-balanced healthy lifestyles in and out of the gym.

  • My name is Jessica Watson and I am a coach at Elite Gym! I graduated Rhode Island college with a degree in Wellness and Exercise Science, along with a minor in Coaching. I am a certified personal trainer through NCSF.

    I encourage all my clients to feel comfortable and confident in the gym environment. I am extremely passionate about helping others find happiness and feel good about themselves, physically and mentally!

    My goal as a trainer is to empower others and provide them with the knowledge that will help transform their lives in a sustainable, consistent, and healthy way.

  • My name is John Rosano and I’m a Certified Nutrition Coach (PN-1), and Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT). My mission is to guide you towards your strongest, healthiest, and happiest self. I began coaching because I know too well the frustration of leaving potential on the table, lacking energy, feeling unhappy with your body, or losing the same weight over and over again.

    You can expect to work hard and have a great time training with me. Fitness should be fun, and an opportunity to expand your community and your confidence. My training style hinges on adaptability. Whatever your background or experience, I will meet you where you’re at to quickly make progress towards your goals. Whether you want to lose fat, gain muscle, increase energy, improve sports performance, or just ramp up confidence...I’ve got your back, and I’m looking forward to getting to work!

  • My name is Sam Niquette and I’m a coach here at Elite gym! I am a certified personal trainer through NASM and have a bachelor’s degree in psychology.

    As a trainer my goal is to support my clients so they can confidently and consistently conquer their fitness goals. I aim to empower and educate clients with knowledge to achieve new, bigger goals in and outside of the gym.  

    My overall mission is to share my passion for health and wellness with my clients, and to help them develop healthy habits to feel like their best self, every day!

  • My name is Houstyn McConaghy and I am a NASM certified coach at Elite Gym! I am pursing a degree in business with a minor in exercise science & Spanish at Bryant University.

    I compete in college softball and through my experience as an athlete I have gained a passion for health and wellness. Teaching others to build sustainable, healthy lifestyles where they can feel confident in themselves is beyond fulfilling.

    My mission is to educate my clients on why strength training can have long lasting benefits. I want my clients to be pushed to their fullest potential while feeling comfortable, educated, and supported along the way!
